Business Hours
Business Hours - This daycare home is open Monday through Friday from 6 Am to 6 PM.
Late Policy - Children not picked up by 6 PM will accrue an additional charge of $1 per minute.
No charges will be assessed due to weather or emergency situations.
Open Door Policy - We have an "open door policy" which means children may be dropped off anytime during business hours without knocking or ringing the doorbell.
Holidays - We will be closed early at 1 PM on New Years Eve and Chistmas Eve, and will be closed the full day for Thanksgiving and the following Friday, as well as Christmas and New Years Day.
Security Policies
The front door remains locked during business hours
Any child will not be released to anyone who is not listed on the intake form, without verbal confirmation from a parent
No child will be released to a person who is visibly intoxicated, a request will be made to have another individual pick up the children, if the request is denied, child services will be contacted
Acceptance Policy
This daycare home does not discriminate because of Race, Color, Creed or Disabilities.
No child will be accepted without an application form and interview
Every child is accepted on an initial 2-week trial basis at any time during the period the parent or provider may terminate the contract without penalties
In addition to an initial application, it is required that a parent inform us of any medicinal or dietary requirements, there are forms provided within the application for this information
Rates and Services
All rates are considered private and can be negotiated upon acceptance of a child. We are happy to work with any family to find a rate/service that works for them
All fees are payable one week in advance unless other arrangements have been made
In addition to standard rates, there are the following additional fees may be applicable including a one time fee of $35 at enrollment, or a $25 additional charge for participation in the pre-school program
This daycare home participates in the U.S.D.A food program, all meals are monitored by the U.S.D.A to ensure the nutritional needs of a child meet the latest standards. Any child is able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack provided they
are present when the food is served (breakfast is served from 6 Am to 7:30 Am).
The pre-school program is available for any child between 2 and 5 years of age.
Field trips and Holiday parties may occur throughout the year and will occasioinally require additional funds from parents/guardians. Parents/Guardians will be notified of any such event at least 2 weeks before its schedule.
